Sweden wants to ban … Gasoline

Swedish authorities decided to encourage buyers of cleaner cars with money. Since 2011, the holders of «green» cars will be fully free from vehicle tax. But for owners of older cars with petrol or diesel engines this tax could be greatly enhanced.
Changes in tax legislation is nothing in comparison with a total ban of… gasoline and diesel. Yes, Sweden in 2030 wants completely to ban the sale of conventional gasoline and diesel fuel. According to officials, over twenty years must come for new generation of cars who will work on alternative energy sources and replace the current model cars.
Only-gasoline cars must be banned from city centers and natural parks as soon as possible and only allow hybrid electric vehicles.
Later, one can ban the hybrid vehicles to only allow all-electric vehicles.
